A medical napkin made of non-woven material, impregnated with a solution of chlorhexidine gluconate, hermetically packed in an individual bag.

Appointment:
- as a means of personal hygiene for cleaning hands from contamination and skin disinfection in everyday life and travel, as well as in any conditions where access to other methods of hand cleaning is limited;
- for antimicrobial skin treatment before and after injections;
- to treat minor skin injuries and prevent infection of minor wounds;
- for disinfecting tools and devices.

Indications for use.
Treatment of wounds and skin in case of bleeding, burns, prevention of wound infections, local therapy of trophic ulcers and bedsores, treatment of skin injuries and other surfaces for the purpose of disinfection. Purulent-septic processes, disinfection of microtraumas (wounds, scratches, burns). Napkins can be used to prevent venereal diseases (syphilis, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis).

Instructions for use:
If it is necessary to carry out therapeutic actions, namely - disinfection of microtraumas, wound surfaces of the skin in case of bleeding, scratches, burns, removal of dirt around the wound, treatment of the skin before and after injections or cleaning and disinfection of hands, etc., it is necessary:
- Tear open the bag, take out the napkin;
- Carry out certain treatment or disinfection actions. For example: In case of microtraumas, treat the skin around the wound with a napkin with a solution of 0.05% chlorhexidine, then apply a new napkin with a solution of 0.05% chlorhexidine on the wound and fix it with a bandage or plaster.
- After finishing, throw away the used napkin and open packages (bags) in a container for medical waste.

The disposal of napkins must be carried out in accordance with the current legislation, in accordance with the requirements of DSTU 4462.3.01:2006 "Protection of nature. Waste management. The procedure for carrying out operations".

Contraindication. Individual hypersensitivity to chlorhexidine gluconate. Propensity to allergic reactions and allergic diseases, dermatitis, viral skin diseases.
