Following the terrorist shelling of Mariupol on January 24, 2015, civilians were injured. Just a few days later, thanks to sponsorship, volunteers organized the delivery of a batch of Zentex wound-healing gel dressings and bandages to the victims at Mariupol City Hospital No. 1. Volunteers distributed the OpikUn and Zentex gel dressings and wipes directly to wounded residents of Mariupol undergoing treatment at City Hospital No. 1.
Note: OpikUn hydrogel dressings and wipes are applied to wounds with slight exudation. Because these dressings contain up to 90% water, they maintain the moisture of granulation and new epithelial tissue, protect them from external mechanical stress, and serve as a barrier to secondary infections from the environment.
Zentex wishes a speedy recovery to all victims and peaceful skies over Mariupol!
