On June 24, 2016, within the framework of our new project, thanks to the support of Zentex® www.zentex.com.ua, a new generation of gel dressings for the treatment of burns and wounds was transferred to the Kyiv City Burn Center. Deputy Head of the Surgical Department of the Kyiv City Burn Center Serhiy Staskevych noted:
“Today we received the long-awaited and necessary humanitarian aid from the Yaroslav Charitable Foundation, "OpikUn"® wipes for the treatment of burns and wounds are the latest development in the field of medicine, which are used in the event of burns of varying severity, for the healing of deep postoperative wounds, and to relieve heat and itching. They have an antibacterial and cooling effect. We received enough napkins, we hope they will last us a long time, we also plan to share them with the ambulance and medical workers who work with patients from the ATO zone. After all, our fighters come to us every day in very serious condition. We want to express our great gratitude to the charitable organization "YAROSLAV" and the company Zentex® for such necessary anti-inflammatory drugs for our hospital that will help save people's lives."
From the words of the director of the charitable foundation "YAROSLAV" Ivanna Kuzmenko:
"This is our first aid to the Kyiv City Burn Center, in particular to people who every day end up in serious condition with terrible body burns. Our foundation has provided at least a little help to the victims. We also want to express our great gratitude to the company Zentex® for providing humanitarian aid, and we hope for further cooperation." Be pure in soul and kind in heart. There is no better feeling in the world than the feeling that you have done at least a little good for people!
