OpikUn® hydrogel dressings are available in a wide range of sizes, from 5x5 cm to 100x20 cm, and they are successfully used not only for first aid in burn cases but also in the treatment of open wounds, bedsores, and trophic ulcers. 

 OpikUn® hydrogel dressings are included in many military individual first aid kits (IFAKs), paramedics' backpacks, civilian first aid kits, as well as those used by firefighters and other special services.

Zentex® LLC has implemented a product quality control system in accordance with the DSTU EN ISO 13485:2018 standard.

Main distinctive properties of OpikUn ® hydrogel dressings used in the treatment of burns and wounds:
- completely ready for use;
- do not stick to the wound, can be easily removed when placed, without injuring the burned or wounded area;
- can be applied to a burn or wound by either side;
- do not create discomfort and pain when applied to a burn or wound;
- have antimicrobial effect;
- have an antibacterial effect;
- well moisturizing and cooling damaged skin area;
- prevent burning in case of burns and wounds;
- relieve inflammation, reduce pain;
- prevent the formation of blisters and dropsies if applied immediately after a burn;
- promote wound healing and skin regeneration;
- allows affected skin area under the bandage to breathe and be supplied with oxygen;
- allow you to inject medicinal substances or anesthesia into the affected area directly through the bandage without removing it.

Hydrogel dressings "OpikUn" ® as an effective means of first aid, as well as a means to accelerate healing and prevent complications after burns and wounds, are widely used:
- as a component of military individual first aid kits (IFAKs) and for medical backpacks of combat medics;
- as a component of first aid kits of special services (Emergency services, disaster medicine, fire service etc.)  
- as a component for car first aid kits and for home first aid kits.
